We’re hiring! We are looking for a couple of beertenders to serve beer in our Tasting Room.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beertender to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere while serving our guests a variety of our brewery's beers. The Beertender will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized taproom and assisting with other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Educate customers about our beers and brewing process
Pour and serve beer samples, flights, and pints
Maintain clean and organized taproom and bar area
Restock beer and merchandise as needed
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Assist with special events and promotions
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Previous experience working in a brewery, brewpub, or bar preferred, but not required.
Greet guests, take their orders, and serve drinks in a timely and courteous manner
