Farmhouse Slang is our mixed fermentation saison that we release 1-2 times a year. We pitched our clean Belgian yeast with a healthy dose of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces, for a soft and delicate layer of funk.
Each batch is slightly different, usually featuring a different hop treatment. bBatch 004 showcases a subtle nuance of the New Zealand Motueka hop that provides a nice lime characteristic in this bone dry, wine-like Saison.
P.S. This beer took bronze in the 2016 U.S. Beer Open Championships for French/Belgian Saison. So you know it's legit.
